Built for every student
CleverSay has a completed VPAT 2.5 (Accessibility Conformance Report) for WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA. The chat was tested with VoiceOver on current iPhones and works fully by keyboard. We share the report on request.
No student records
CleverSay reads your public web pages and any notes your staff add. It is not connected to your student information system. It cannot see grades, holds, bills or aid packages, so it can't reveal them.
Answers you can trace
Answers come only from your pages and link back to them. Phone numbers and emails are checked against what you publish. When it isn't sure, it hands the question to your staff.
Your office decides
Each office has its own space, staff logins and roles. You choose which pages it uses and which pages show the chat. You can review every conversation.
How answers are made
CleverSay never lets the AI answer on its own. It first searches your pages two ways, by meaning and by exact words. Then it gives the AI only the passages it found, with instructions to answer from those passages and nothing else.
