No. CleverSay uses the web pages you already publish. If you have information that isn't on the website, staff can add it as a short note.

It tells the student it couldn't find that on your pages. The student can then send the question to your staff, and it arrives in your inquiries inbox with the conversation attached. The question also appears in Coverage Gaps so you can add it to your website.

No. It isn't connected to your student information system. It only knows what is on your public pages and in notes your staff add.

Update the web page. CleverSay reads the change and uses it for the next question. If the page is right but the answer isn't, tell us and we'll look into it.

Paste one line of code on the pages where the chat should appear. There is nothing to install on your servers.

Yes. We have a completed VPAT 2.5 for WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA, and we tested it with VoiceOver on iPhone and with a keyboard. We'll send the report on request.

CleverSay searches your pages first and gives the AI only the passages it found. The AI is told to answer from those passages alone. If they don't cover the question, CleverSay says so instead of guessing. Phone numbers and email addresses are checked against your pages too.
